For California carriers
Know what expires next, before it costs you a truck.
A twelve-truck fleet carries more than a hundred recurring deadlines a year. Miss one and you are looking at a five-figure fine, a registration hold, or a truck parked at the scale. Type your DOT number and see yours in about ten seconds.
The deadline you forget is never the one you were worried about.
The owner
You find out a driver's medical card lapsed when he is already loaded and eighty miles out. Now you are choosing between a late load and an unqualified driver.
The office
Everything lives in a spreadsheet, a wall calendar and somebody's memory. It works until the person who built it takes a week off.
The audit
An officer asks for a driver qualification file. If it is not documented, it did not happen — and that is the whole argument.
What it actually costs
A Part 382 violation runs to $19,246 for the employer and $4,812 for the driver. A Clearinghouse violation is $7,155. Recordkeeping is $1,584 a day up to$15,846.
49 CFR 386 Appendix B, amounts effective 30 December 2024. We show the citation because you should be able to check us.
Three steps, one evening.
Type your DOT number
We pull your carrier record, your trucks, your drivers and your authority status straight from the federal register. Nothing to upload.
We show you what expires next
One list, soonest first. Federal, California, and the dates your own office keeps on paper. You fill in only what the government does not already know.
We tell you before it bites
Email and text, on your schedule, to whoever should get it. Set your own reminders for anything we do not track.
What you get
All features →Deadlines, in one list
Medical cards, CDLs, annual MVR reviews, Clearinghouse queries, DOT inspections, MCS-150, UCR, IFTA quarters, CARB Clean Truck Check, CHP terminal inspections. Sorted by what hurts first.
Loads and trips
Book a load, assign a driver and equipment, track the stops. Multi-stop is normal here, not an upgrade. Deadhead is tracked separately, because revenue per loaded mile flatters you.
Dispatch that knows the rules
If a driver’s medical card expired last week, you cannot assign him a load. The block happens on the dispatch screen, not in a report you read next month.
Alerts you control
Pick the channel, the lead time, and the person, per deadline type. One daily digest instead of fourteen emails. Quiet hours, so we do not text you at 2am about a renewal due in a month.
Custom reminders
Your insurance broker wants a call every March. Your best customer audits you every June. Add it, and it lives in the same list as everything else.
Proof you can hand over
A dated packet for a broker, an insurance underwriter, or an officer at the scale. It states what we observed and when, and links out to the federal record so the reader can check us.
Straight answers
- Do I have to enter all my drivers and trucks?
- No. We read your fleet and driver counts, your address, your authority and your last MCS-150 filing from public federal data using only your DOT number. You confirm and fill the gaps — mostly the dates that only exist on paper in your office, like medical card expiries.
- Do you file my paperwork for me?
- No. We track deadlines and hold your records. We will tell you what is due, what form it is, and where it goes. Anything that gets filed, you file — or your existing service does. We are not a law firm and we do not pretend to be one.
- Can you check the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse for me?
- No, and be careful of anyone who says they can do it by logging in as you. The Clearinghouse rules forbid sharing credentials and specifically prohibit blanket consent. We track when each query is due and keep your proof that you ran it.
- What if I already use an ELD?
- Keep it. We are not an ELD and will never be one. We read hours and trip data from Motive, Samsara and others so dispatch knows whether a driver can legally finish a run.
- I only run in California. Is this for me?
- Especially. Clean Truck Check, CHP terminal inspections, your Motor Carrier Permit and CVRA weight decals are tracked alongside the federal dates. Most national software ignores all four.
See your own deadlines before you decide anything.
