Questions about the price
- Why per truck and not per user?
- Because the two people who must both be in this system are the owner and whoever runs the office — and charging per user taxes exactly that. Every plan includes unlimited users. If you hire a second dispatcher, your bill does not change.
- What happens when I add or sell a truck?
- The bill moves by six dollars. There are no tiers to cross and no jump at a boundary — that is deliberate. A pricing cliff would give you a reason to not tell your compliance software about a truck, which is the last thing either of us wants.
- What counts as a truck?
- A power unit — a tractor or a straight truck. Trailers are free, and so are drivers. Count the things with engines.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly, cancel whenever. If you leave, you can export your records first — they are yours.
- What is not included?
- We do not file anything for you, we cannot run your Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse queries (the rules forbid us using your login, and you should be wary of anyone who offers), and we are not an ELD. We track, remind, and keep your proof.
- Do you charge to get set up?
- No setup fee. We pull what the federal record already knows from your DOT number, and the rest is the dates that live in your office — which is an evening of work, once.
